Fees
Amy works at the lowest end of the standard fee rate as set by the BCACC. A sliding scale is available to those in need. Please ask. You can find the BCACC fee schedule here: https://bcacc.ca/how-to-choose-a-counsellor/Payment is made ahead of time by etransfer to [email protected]. If you are using extended benefits, once payment is received you will be given a invoice to submit to your provider for reimbursement.Amy is registered with the Crime Victims Assistance Program (CVAP) Autism Funding Program (AFU) and the First Nations Health Authority (FHNA) for direct funding.Session rates are also charged for any letters, reports, or court appearances. If regular email or phone correspondence is needed this will be charged in 15 or 30 minute increments. We can discuss a plan that works for you.
Cancelations / Missed Appointments / Late Arrivals
Please give at least 24 hours notice of cancelation. Any less than that or any missed appointments will be a charge for the full session. If you are late arriving the cost for the full session is still charged.
